People and scales lie, measurements and photos do not.  Weight yourself only once per week, same time each week, naked after you pee first thing in the morning.  Trust me it will make things work. 		<description>I am on day 3 of and like a few others I did weigh myself and have not lost an ounce... I am not letting this get to me as nothing usually comes easy or first try with me. I hope to have good results at the end of my 11 days and I will not weigh myself again now until that time. My question is....I do not know what is &quot;just satisfied&quot;, how do I guess on that feeling? Also, I re-read the rules and it states to wait for AT LEAST 2 1/2 hours and I notice after I eat the 2nd meal I can go about 4 hours without feeling hungry for 3rd meal, is that too long to wait?</description>
